Job summary

REM Community Services, a Sevita family member, is hiring a caregiver in Minnesota. The role includes night shifts on a 7-on/7-off schedule (Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon/Tues 11pm-9am) with a wage of $21.00 per hour, full-time benefits, and a focus on helping people live well and grow.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop meaningful relationships and encourage participation in the community.
• Provide patient, respectful care and follow plans set by supervisors.
