Job summary

Sevita REM Community Services in Minnesota is seeking a caring overnight caregiver for a full-time 7-on/7-off shift (7 days on, 7 days off), 10pm–8am. The role supports individuals with developmental needs, helping with hygiene, daily activities, and community involvement.

Compensation includes asleep pay of $11.41 and awake pay of $16.00, with full benefits for full-time staff, paid time off, and 401(k) matching. Join a mission-driven team focused on growth and independence.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Be part of a mission-driven team delivering community-based services.
• Foster relationships with participants to help them live well and participate in activities.
