Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Open doors for guests and provide directions to local venues.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Coordinate with drivers and taxis; help with transportation as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the guest services area.
