Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Bell Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests. You will assist with luggage on arrival and departure, greet guests, and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions. A professional demeanor and strong English communication are essential.

You will also help with directions, transport arrangements, and maintaining the bell desk area. Training and safety requirements include Wheelchair Safety Training and adherence to Towne Park

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage during arrival and departure.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell area and storage.
• Deliver messages, items and guest amenities as requested.
• Provide accurate room and facility information to guests.
