Job summary

• Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Maintain pleasant, professional demeanor with all guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests by name, use salutations, and provide directions and taxi/transport guidance.
• Open doors for guests and assist with room changes and luggage storage as needed.
