Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Bell Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality to hotel guests. You will assist with luggage, greet guests, provide information, and help with transportation and directions, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

The role requires strong English skills and the ability to handle basic math and time concepts. The position supports guest services in a hotel environment, with emphasis on room presentations, guest assistance, and timely task

Qualifications

• Must read and write standard English
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information to guests, clients and coworkers
• Ability to add, subtract, and handle dollars
• Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
• Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
• Greet guests using last names and professional demeanor
• Open doors and assist with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries
• Provide information about hotel, meeting rooms, amenities and local attractions
• Coordinate transportation using approved services
• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest services area
• Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as needed
• Follow tasks as instructed by Account Manager
