Job summary

The Bell Attendant at Towne Park provides hospitality services to hotel guests in a friendly, efficient manner, assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

Daily responsibilities include greeting guests, helping with directions and local information, and ensuring luggage is handled safely; the role requires excellent English and a courteous demeanor. Hourly pay is $16.90 with tips, schedule evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license or within commutable distance.
• Wheelchair Safety Training course supplied by Towne Park.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests; greet by name and follow Towne Park etiquette.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure and deliver items as needed.
• Open doors, provide directions and assist with taxis and local information.
• Tag and transport bags safely to storage or designated areas.
