Lee’s Marketplace is seeking an Overnight Production Baker to craft scratch-made baked goods during overnight hours. You will prepare, bake, stock, and rotate bread, pastries, and specialty items while maintaining inventory and quality standards.

The ideal candidate loves baking, has strong time-management skills, and follows food-safety practices to ensure high-quality products reach shelves by store opening.

Qualifications

• Overnight availability required.
• Minimum 1 year baking or bakery experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake fresh bread, pastries, and other baked goods using provided recipes.
• Measure, mix, bake, and package products per batch sizes for consistent quality.
• Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and assist with inventory control.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and follow food safety guidelines.
• Label products with pricing, ingredients, and allergen information.
• Handle orders and ensure timely fulfillment of production needs.
