The position involves mixing, baking, stocking, inventory control, labeling, and delivering products to display, while maintaining a clean, compliant workstation and meeting nightly production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of baking or commercial bakery experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn commercial bakery equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
• Ability to work overnight hours independently and in a team.
• Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other baked goods per recipes.
• Maintain inventory and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Follow nightly production schedule to have fresh product at opening.
• Keep workstation clean and compliant with food-safety guidelines.
• Assist in labeling, packaging, and displaying products.
• Monitor quality, times, temperatures and waste.
