You will work with a friendly team, maintain clean workflows, and support store operations to meet customer demand and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of baking or commercial bakery experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of commercial baking equipment or willingness to learn.
• Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake fresh bread, rolls, pastries and other goods per recipes.
• Maintain inventory, rotate stock and ensure freshness.
• Follow nightly production schedule to stock shelves by store opening.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and display preparation.
