Job summary

Lee’s Marketplace in North Ogden, UT is seeking an Overnight Bakery Production team member to produce scratch-made baked goods during the overnight hours. You will prepare, bake, package, and rotate products while maintaining inventory and food safety standards.

The role requires an overnight availability, strong time management, and adherence to recipes. Training provided; benefits include health insurance and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Food handler knowledge or permit is required.
• Minimum 1 year of baking or bakery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake fresh bread, rolls, pastries, and other baked goods using recipes.
• Measure, mix, cook, and package products according to recipes to ensure quality.
• Balance inventory and rotate stock to meet demand forecasts.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstation and follow food safety guidelines.
• Follow nightly production schedule to stock shelves by store opening.
• Monitor batch times, temperatures, and product output for consistency.
