Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake fresh bread, rolls, pastries and other goods.
• Maintain inventory and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Follow nightly production schedule to stock shelves by opening.
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging of bakery items.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstation and follow safety procedures.
