The Campbell's Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Bakery Processing Operator to ensure high-quality bakery products by safely operating processing equipment and maintaining a continuous flow to packaging lines.

You will read batch sheets, monitor temperatures and ingredient weights, perform adjustments, and assist with preventive maintenance while upholding sanitation and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing/production environment experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, batch sheets, and recipes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate bakery processing equipment to meet quality and food safety standards.
• Mix ingredients and monitor temperature, moisture, times, and weights.
• Make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Monitor production flow and remove non-conforming products.
• Follow batch sheets and production instructions accurately.
• Operate changeovers and perform basic maintenance tasks.
