Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in social work-related field or significant residential/childcare experience required.
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in residential care, behavioral health, youth services or a related field.
Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, racial and socioeconomic issues.
Requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision and leadership to overnight staff.
Respond to crises and emergencies.
Ensure compliance with program policies and licensing requirements.
Monitor the residential program and support Trauma Systems Therapy implementation.
