Job summary

Lyft Flexdrive is seeking Depot Operations Associates for our Nashville AV depot. You will ensure vehicle readiness, perform calibration tasks, manage data handling, and maintain safety standards in a 24/7 environment.

This on-site role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow detailed SOPs, and strong teamwork as we support autonomous vehicle operations and fleet readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in automotive tech, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex SOPs.
• Experience with fleet operations or automotive tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess available AVs each shift, executing pre-deployment safety checks and end-of-day diagnostics.
• Progress vehicles through operational states by completing checklists and verification processes in the fleet system.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and ensure charging operations and preventative maintenance are carried out as per SOPs.
• Document calibration activities, sensor checks, and verification results for autonomous deployment.
