Job summary

Lyft Flexdrive is hiring a Depot Operations Associate in Nashville to support 24/7 autonomous vehicle depot activities. You will prepare vehicles, manage charging and cleaning, and perform calibration procedures to ensure fleet readiness for autonomous operation.

Reporting to the Depot Operations Lead, you will handle data transfers, device security, and lot management while following safety and SOP guidelines; weekend/holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical cert or associate degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness are essential.
• Experience operating in DEPOT or fleet ops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle readiness: conduct pre‑deployment checks and end‑of‑day diagnostics per partner standards.
• Charging, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance to keep fleet ready.
• Data handling and device security per security standards.
