Flexdrive is seeking Depot Operations Associates in Nashville to support 24/7 AV depot operations, focusing on vehicle readiness, calibration, and fleet servicing. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 1-2 years in automotive, fleet operations, logistics, or similar hands-on operational environment.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record - required for calibration driving duties.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and understand technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Readiness & Preparation: perform pre-deployment safety checks and end-of-day diagnostics.
• Daily Fleet Management: review AVs each shift and ensure operational readiness.
• Vehicle State Transitions: complete checklists, sensor inspections, and verifications.
• Quality Assurance: inspect vehicles and document issues per standards.
• Charging Operations: manage charging at optimal times to maximize fleet availability.
• Calibration & Technical Operations: conduct calibration and safe autonomous operation tests.
• Lot Management & Logistics: manage vehicle movement and depot workflow.
• Safety & Compliance: follow OSHA/EHS guidelines and training requirements.

Education
