Flexdrive is building an AV depot in Nashville and seeking Depot Operations Associates to support 24/7 fleet readiness. You will conduct pre‑deployment checks, manage vehicle states, perform basic maintenance, and ensure safety and data handling standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in automotive, fleet operations, logistics, or similar hands‑on role.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean record.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess available AVs each shift, performing pre‑deployment safety checks and end‑of‑day diagnostics.
• Advance vehicles through operational states by completing checklists and verifications in the fleet system.
• Perform inspections to ensure adherence to QA standards and document issues.
• Manage daily tasks via a digital task management system to ensure timely completion of vehicle prep.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, charging operations, and basic preventative maintenance.
• Document calibration activities and results, ensuring accurate records for compliance.
