Job summary

Cedar Breaks Resort in Brian Head, UT seeks a PT Night Auditor to balance daily revenue, post transactions, and close daily books. The role functions as an overnight front desk agent, delivering exceptional guest service and accurate financial recordkeeping.

You will balance charges, reconcile with the general ledger, generate reports, and help with other Front Office duties while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout night shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related field experience.
• 1 year of auditing experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily revenue and expenses following audit procedures.
• Ensure charges posted to correct folio or master account.
• Reconcile charges to general ledger and close shift/day in reservation system.
• Generate daily revenue reports and maintain accurate cash balances.
• Perform front desk duties including check-in/check-out and cashiering.
• Assist guests and owners with needs, delivering hospitality.
• Communicate unresolved issues to management.
