Job summary

Sunriver Resort is seeking a Night Auditor to manage nightly front desk operations and assist with cashiering and accounting to ensure accurate day-end information.

This role requires delivering exceptional guest service, upholding AAA Four Diamond standards, and maintaining Sunriver Resort’s culture of trust and commitment. Night shifts include check-in/out, guest inquiries, and coordination with other departments.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• At least one year customer service experience required.
• Must have excellent phone etiquette.
• Must be able to stand on feet throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Registers guests into computer system and verifies information.
• Posts guest and room charges to folios and ledgers.
• Reviews room revenue reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Balances daily reports and protects assets by following internal controls.
• Provides information to guests and resolves issues during night shift.
