Job summary

Reset Hotel Joshua Tree seeks a responsible Night Auditor to join the Front Office team. This overnight role balances guest service with accounting, ensuring a smooth close of the day’s financial activity and a secure handoff to the next day.

The Night Auditor will balance paperwork and guest accounts, manage check-ins/outs, and respond to guest inquiries, while maintaining professional standards overnight.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or six months to one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, and reconcile credit cards.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Perform front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs and guest requests.
• Answer guests’ questions about hotel services and amenities.
