Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Night Auditor for the Moxy Seattle location. The role closes the daily books, balances revenues, and provides guest services such as check-ins and check-outs to ensure a smooth overnight operation.

Excellent communication, basic bookkeeping, and proficiency with a property management system are essential. The position is part-time and requires overnight availability, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic bookkeeping and balancing transactions.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends.
• Independent decision making with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and handle check-ins/check-outs.
• Verify payments and process authorizations.
• Balance daily receipts and perform night audits of revenues.
• Assist guests with requests and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for overnight issues.
• Provide information on services and local attractions.
