Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing daily cash and revenues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using property management systems (PMS) and office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, register, and assign rooms.
• Verify customer payment methods and process authorizations.
• Balance daily receipts and perform income audits.
• Maintain accurate records in the PMS.
• Assist guests with check-out processes and inquiries.
• Coordinate with overnight staff to resolve issues.
