Sonesta International Hotels in Nashville seeks a Night Auditor who balances all hotel income and expenses for each 24-hour period and serves as overnight Guest Service Agent. You will monitor front desk operations, call system support when issues arise, and ensure accurate nightly reporting.

Responsibilities include auditing revenues, managing cash and credit transactions, and delivering guest services with Sonesta’s G.U.E.S.T. standards.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Balance and audit room revenue, food and beverage revenue and telephone revenue for accuracy.
• Balance and audit all room tax charges, cashier reports, and guest house accounts for accuracy.
• Prepare General Manager daily, weekly and month end reporting packs.
• Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions, including deposits and reports.
• Register guests, issue keys, and provide information on hotel services and Travel Pass rewards.
• May book guest reservations and upsell rooms to maximize revenue.
