The Union Station Nashville Yards, Autograph Collection is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure financial accuracy and guest satisfaction during overnight hours. You will reconcile daily revenue, prepare reports, and serve as the point of contact for guest services.

This role balances cash, resets front desk systems, and acts as Manager on Duty while the property is closed. Strong numerical skills, reliability, and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audit procedures and balance daily revenue.
• Verify wake-up call requests and reconcile cash receipts.
• Reset front office systems for the next business day and serve as Manager on Duty overnight.
• Greet guests and provide a welcoming, professional service; operate PBX during the audit shift.
• Participate in front office meetings and training as needed.
