Job summary

PM Hotel Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a responsible Night Auditor for our Front Office team. This overnight role blends guest service with accounting to ensure a smooth day-end close and accurate financial activity.

You will balance cash, deposits, and credit card batches, input data into the front office system, and generate daily reports while handling check-ins/outs and guest questions with professional service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or six months to one year of related experience.
• Ability to work evening/overnight shifts.
• Strong computer skills (front office system).

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits and reconcile credit cards.
• Input revenue, expenses and allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Perform front desk duties including check-ins/outs, scheduling, room moves and handling guest requests.
