Job summary

HHM Hotels in Corona, CA is looking for a Night Auditor to balance revenue and settle accounts nightly while performing Guest Service Agent duties. You will maintain records, audit cashiers, and prepare daily reports as part of a front desk team.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, prior night audit or accounting experience, and proficiency with Excel. Training on the BRAINS network will be provided, and safety protocols must be followed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Night audit or accounting experience required.
• Computer knowledge including Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD is a plus and must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and perform nightly audits.
• Maintain records of room availability and guests' accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit card transactions.
• Input financial data into BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Support guest satisfaction goals and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
