The role requires overnight availability, strong customer service, and proficient phone and computer skills. You will handle reservations, answer calls, and ensure accurate cashier and house accounts, contributing to smooth nightly operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is required.
• Previous hotel or similar role preferred.
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Hospitality-focused demeanor is required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Proficient with phone and computer systems.
• Able to work overnight full-time.
• Must read and speak English.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to work Monday and Tuesday nights.
