Job summary

Homewood Suites Erie is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile cashier transactions, review management reports, and ensure accurate guest billings and city ledger entries. You will also perform guest service duties such as check-in/check-out and reservations when needed.

The role requires strong numerical acumen, ability to multitask, and effective communication with all hotel staff. Evening and overnight hours are common, with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Late/Overnight shift
• Maintain regular attendance and a friendly demeanor.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and review reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily/ monthly reports.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and F&B cashiers' work.
• Input financial data into corporate systems.
• Assist in guest check-in/out and reservations as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of all numbers reported.
