General Hotels Corporation seeks a Director of Operations for Homewood Suites Keystone at the Crossing in Indianapolis. The role provides operational, accounting, administration and HR support to department leaders to ensure smooth daily hotel performance.

Responsibilities include training, onboarding, accounts handling, month-end reporting, and collaboration with sales and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and financial accuracy.

• Experience with hotel property management and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational, accounting, administration and HR assistance to department leaders.
• Conduct operational and brand standard training.
• Oversee onboarding of new employees and ensure policy adherence.
• Assist with accounts receivable, payroll and month-end reporting.
• Manage filing, mail distribution and data records for customers and partners.
• Support sales billing and timely responses to guest billing inquiries.
• Participate in manager on duty coverage and support departments as needed.
