Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude during check-in/out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize room revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Accurately process payments, post charges, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Balance Front Office transactions and nightly financial reports.
• Prepare and generate daily financial reports for hotel leadership.
