Qualifications

• Overnight hours required and flexible.

• Must be computer proficient; experience with reservation or accounting software is a bonus.
• Front desk clerk duties, guest services or night auditor experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile all financial records for guests and rooms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Process reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate housekeeping, security, and service requests as needed.
• Ensure guests have an exceptional experience at the property.
