Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to Follow Guidelines: Must follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Handle Pace and Pressure: Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Listening, Conflict Resolution: Must listen, understand, clarify and resolve guest/colleague concerns.
• Communication Skills: Must convey information clearly to guests and team members.
• Hospitality and Guest Service: Must have a desire to serve all guests.
• Language + Reasoning Skills: Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Audit management: All hotel audit-related reports must be completed and sent out by the designated time on the overnight checklist.
• Security: Overnight security measures should be followed to ensure a safe environment for all team members and guests.
• Incoming mail: Receive and note all incoming mail as required per the daily shift checklist.
