Job summary

Gravity Haus seeks a Night Auditor to maintain seamless overnight operations and accurate accounting for our property. You will balance revenue, assist guests, and support maintenance while acting as a friendly ambassador for the Gravity Haus experience.

Responsibilities include nightly reconciliation, check-in/out via PMS, and timely reporting. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and comfort with night shifts and multi-department coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience at front desk or hotel operations.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Proficiency with PMS systems and MS Office/Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Balance nightly revenue and room charges, ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Handle check-in/check-out via PMS and support guest needs.
• Log maintenance issues and coordinate with operations teams.
• Prepare daily reports and ensure correct room and guest name registration.
