Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Aksarben Village is seeking a Night Auditor to balance nightly transactions, prepare reports, and support both guest services and hotel operations. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and ensure accuracy of the day’s financials.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or front desk experience, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/front desk experience preferred but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with financial transactions and reports.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS or ability to learn quickly; Hilton Experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth, check them in/out efficiently, and anticipate their needs.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and special requests with accuracy and care.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email—always with a solutions-first mindset.
• Complete nightly audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
• Monitor property security during overnight hours, ensuring guest safety and peace of mind.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
