Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump is seeking an experienced guest service professional to join our team as a Night Auditor. The overnight shift runs from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. at a flagship property of Shamin Hotels in Central Virginia.

Night auditors balance daily financial activities, assist late-night guests, process check-ins/outs, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfil guest requests. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

• Experience as a guest service professional in hospitality.
• Ability to perform end-of-day accounting and balancing.
• Comfort handling late-night guest requests and front desk duties.

Responsibilities

• Performs all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis.
• Performs and attributes all required audit reports.
• Balances all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.
• Prepares the front office for the ‘A’ shift and resets the day’s business.
• Answers the switchboard, completes room reservations and coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfil guest requests.
• Enters banquet and other charges and communicates with banquet, sales and accounting departments.
• Acts as a manager on duty when necessary.
• Participates in front office meetings and trainings.

The Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump is looking for an experience guest service professional with a flair for hospitality to join our team as a Night Auditor. Please note that this position works the overnight shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

The Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump is a flagship property of Shamin Hotels, Central Virginia's largest hotel management company. Night auditors perform end-of-day accounting tasks and overnight front desk duties. They assist late-night guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and address other customer requests. They also audit, reconcile, and balance daily financial activities.
