Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to cover the 11 pm to 7 am shift at our Glen Allen property. You will perform end-of-day auditing, balance daily finances, process check-ins/check-outs, and assist guests with late-night requests in a courteous manner.

The role requires attention to detail, solid customer service, and basic financial management skills, with opportunities to contribute to hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hotel or related field preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• 1–2 years of hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred.
• Customer service skills required.
• Financial management skills required.
• Brand systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all audit procedures daily.
• Prepares and attributes required audit reports.
• Verifies wake-up calls and ensures proper handling.
• Balances cash receipts and work during the audit shift.
• Prepares front office for the next shift and resets daily business.
• Acts as Guest Service representative during night hours.
• Acts as manager on duty during the night hours.
• Attends front office meetings and participates in training.
