Job summary

Atrium Hospitality operates the Hampton Roads Embassy Suites in Hampton, VA. We’re looking for an entry-level to junior accountant to maintain accurate financial records, perform daily income audits, and support billing and deposits in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will work with front desk and management to protect guest data, resolve issues promptly, and help close the books with clear ledgers and reliable reports using Excel and Access.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience.
• Hotel accounting or front desk exposure is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS/PMS systems.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily income audit, billing, collections, and deposits.
• Protect guest and company information with integrity.
• Support hotel team with clerical and accounting tasks.
• Resolve accounting issues promptly and kindly.
• Assist with close of books using Excel and Access.
