Qualifications

• Front office experience (6+ months) at a hotel or similar setting.
• Basic revenue posting and ledger balancing knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Excel and property management systems preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain accuracy in ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs.
• Balance the books nightly by posting revenues and reconciling ledgers.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly during night hours.
• Manage reports and financial summaries with attention to accuracy.
• Maintain security and confidentiality as the day’s final closer.
