Atrium Hospitality is seeking an overnight Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor for the Hampton Roads Embassy Suites in Hampton, VA. You will handle guest check-ins, post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and resolve guest questions during the 11 PM–7 AM shift.

Strong front desk experience and basic accounting knowledge are required, along with comfort using Excel and hotel property systems. This role emphasizes accuracy, discretion, and guest-focused service in a quiet, late-night environment.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience (6+ months) in a hotel or similar.
• Basic accounting: posting revenues and balancing reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Excel and property systems.

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins.
• Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and make sure every penny has a home.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally (even at 3 AM).
• Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries like a night owl with a calculator.
• Keep things secure and confidential—you're the trusted closer of the day’s business.
