You will perform front desk duties as needed, handle emergencies, and maintain high service standards in line with hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight hotel operations and verify guest accounts for accuracy and balance revenues.
• Reconcile and complete daily front desk agents’ work.
• Provide next-day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and Executive Office as required.
• Perform duties of front desk agent as assigned.
• Support front office operations to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
• Handle emergencies and ensure guest and staff safety.
