Highgate Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile hotel cashier transactions and prepare management reports. You will verify guest billings and city ledger activity while ensuring timely communication with management.

The role includes front desk duties as needed, such as check-in/check-out, reservations, and handling guest requests. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with willingness to work late shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Late/Overnight shift availability.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Reconciling all hotel cashier transactions and reviewing daily reports.
• Check-in and check-out duties; assist guests with reservations.
• Process switchboard operations and handle guest requests.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports.
• Ensure accuracy of all numbers reported and update information into systems.
• Transmit credit card transactions in a timely manner.
• Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance.
