Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent; one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Guest Service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and guests.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Reconciling all hotel cashier transactions and city ledger entries.
• Reviewing, organizing, and compiling management reports on a timely basis.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, reservations, and switchboard operations as needed.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports per hotel standards.
• Input and update financial information into corporate systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and handle guest requests.
