Job summary

Auburn Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor in Baton Rouge, LA to keep the hotel running smoothly through the night. The role involves quiet, secure cash handling, balancing daily transactions, and assisting guests with invoicing and reservations.

The candidate should be comfortable with night shifts, have knowledge of PMS and front desk systems, and be able to work across shifts when needed. This position requires US work authorization and a friendly, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Complete all required brand specific training.
• Complete all required health and safety training.
• Adhere to Auburn Hospitality brand standards.
• Balance the day's business in a neat, orderly, and timely fashion.
• Provide personalized, friendly service to every guest.
• Be able to work all night and other shifts as needed.
• Knowledge of hotel systems including PBX, key lock, and PMS.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Balance the day's business in a neat, orderly, and timely fashion.
• Sell and up sell rooms to walk-in guests and phone reservations.
• Provide personalized, friendly service to every guest.
• Keep the cash drawer secure and balance.
• Be able to work overnight and assist at front desk as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guests and hotel assets.
• Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person.
