Element by Westin Opelika is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee daily financial postings, balance the day’s transactions, and provide outstanding guest service through overnight operations. The role requires staying overnight, flexibility for front desk shifts, and familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, PBX, security protocols).

Qualifications

• Provide personalized, friendly guest service during night audit shifts.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and perform balance checks.
• Knowledge of hotel systems including PMS, PBX and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Balance day’s business in a neat, orderly, and timely fashion.
• Check credit of guest accounts daily and follow up as needed.
• Balance cash drawer and upsell rooms to walk-ins and reservations.
• Maintain security and safety of guests and assets overnight.
• Complete shift checklists and perform nightly postings.
