The Higgins Hotel & Conference Center, Curio Collection by Hilton in New Orleans is seeking a Night Audit Supervisor to oversee the overnight financial processes and guest interactions. You will lead the night audit team, balance accounts, and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Ideal candidates bring Front Desk or night audit experience, strong attention to detail, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting/hospitality education is a plus.
• 6+ months Front Desk experience.
• Night audit experience or similar position preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS and accounting software; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the night audit team to ensure accurate, timely financial processes.
• Balance accounts, verify charges, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor adherence to hotel policies during the night shift.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and security for smooth night operations.
• Train and mentor night audit staff; implement new processes and technologies.
