Job summary

Hilton is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to manage overnight financial audits and reconciliations while delivering the warm hospitality guests expect. You will balance transactions, verify card payments, and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate takings across outlets.

You'll also support hotel management with training on financial processes and system use, and assist during emergencies, contributing to a safe, smooth overnight operation at our property.

Responsibilities

• Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day7s financial activity across outlets
• Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports
• Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings
• Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use
• Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
