InterContinental New Orleans is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure financial accuracy and guest satisfaction during overnight hours. You will reconcile daily revenue, verify wake-up calls, and serve as the point of contact for guest services, maintaining operational continuity between shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guest Service or Front Desk experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and reconciliation skills with attention to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently overnight and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audit procedures in compliance with hotel standards.
• Verify wake-up call requests.
• Balance and reconcile cash receipts and transactions; ensure timely deposits.
• Reset front office systems for the next business day.
• Serve as Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty overnight.
• Operate the PBX system during the audit shift.
• Participate in front office meetings and training sessions.
• Greet and assist guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Other duties as assigned.
