Bethany Beach Ocean Suites is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee daily financial posting, balancing and reporting in a guest-focused hotel environment. The overnight shift runs 11pm to 7am, requiring a calm, accurate and service-driven professional who can balance the books and assist guests with courtesy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong English skills, basic Windows knowledge, and a willingness to learn FOSSE/Marsha systems while

Qualifikationen

• Previous 1-2 years customer related experience, preferably in a Marriott property.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written), second language an asset
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications an asset
• Knowledge of accounting operations to include all aspects, such as, accounts, receivable, payroll, etc.
• Ability to post and balance large amounts of charges efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately and safely with minimal direct supervision

Aufgaben

• Post and balance all hotel work for each day.
• Prepare restaurant audits to breakdown and balance restaurant figures.
• Handle all computer end of day issues and problems that might occur throughout shift.
• Reconcile credit card system to daily transaction list from rooms.
• Maintain an open line of communication between guests, team members and management
