Job summary

The Global Ambassador, located in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Overnight Night Audit/Accounting Associate to ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliations and guest-billing accuracy in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will support overnight Front Desk operations, verify charges, generate essential reports, monitor security, and maintain meticulous financial records while upholding premium brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Night Audit or Accounting in luxury hospitality.
• Experience with Opera PMS is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and overnight.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency with property management systems.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and customer service focused.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Professional phone manner and teamwork mentality.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation, balancing guest accounts.
• Verify and post guest charges, payments, and adjustments with precision.
• Handle billing inquiries with clear explanations and guest service.
• Generate and distribute financial and operational reports to departments.
• Audit daily transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist Front Desk with overnight check-ins/check-outs and guest requests.
• Monitor hotel access at night and ensure security.
• Coordinate emergencies following protocol.
• Maintain meticulous records of financial transactions.
• Maintain polished appearance per luxury brand standards.
